Conditions of shipment
Our ceramics are delivered by international courier. Cause the charges depend on the volume or weight of the package, is impossible for us to calculate it in advance for multiple products ordered. So after receiving your estimate request, we will contact you to confirm your order with the amount of the shipping charge (including packing and insurance). For further informations e-mail us.

Taxes
Prices shown on this website are tax free. But these will be applied in orders of product shipped to European Union countries only and will be calculated together with shipping charges. Tax rate (IVA/VAT) is 21%.

Payment
It is possible to pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In our order confirmation we will ask you for details. We accept bank draft too.

Right of refusal D.Lgs. n.185/99
Objects purchased from Beconcini G. & L. snc are subject to the norms foreseen by D.L. 22 maggio 1999 n. 185: the consumer may exercize the right of refusal within 10 (ten) days of the receiving the product.

Way of exercizing the right of refusal
The consumer who intends to exercize the right of refusal must send within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item a registered letter with notice of reception, containing: a manifestation of the wish to take advantage of the benefits conceded by the law, a description of the item, the progressive number of the order made at the moment of purchase or ordering, and data relative to one’s bank account (name of bank, local bank agency, number of account, ABI, CAB, etc.) to the following address:

As an alternative, the consumer can send within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, to the above address a telegram or a fax, indicating the same details as in the registered letter mentioned above. In both cases, the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or fax by means of a registered letter with notice of reception, sent to the above address. To obtain a reimbursement, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receiving the merchandise the consumer must, in addition, send back by post the item for which he wishes to exercize the right of refusal. The item must be sent together with the invoice attached to the items at the moment of delivery.

Reimbursement
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the communication, in which the consumer manifests the wish to exercize the right of refusal, Beconcini G. & L. snc will make reimbursement through a bank transfer. The above reimbursement refers exclusively to the price of the item as shown in the order form and in the bill of delivery: in any case, the shipping charges are not an object of reimbursement and will remain the responsibility of the consumer. A necessary condition for the exercize of the right of refusal is the substantial integrity of the item and its wrapping.

Condizioni di spedizione
La consegna della merce avviene tramite corriere internazionale. Siccome l’importo delle spese di consegna dipende dal volume o dal peso del pacco, è impossibile calcolarne in anticipo la grandezza per prodotti multipli, così le spese di spedizione (comprensive di imballo, assicurazione ecc.) saranno comunicate nella conferma d’ordine e addebitate in aggiunta al valore dei prodotti ordinati. Taxes
I prezzi presenti sul sito non includono le tasse. Ma queste saranno applicate solo agli ordini spediti negli stati dell’Unione Europea e saranno calcolate insieme alle spese di spedizione. L’aliquota IVA/VAT è del 21%.

E’ possibile pagare con Carta di Credito (Visa, American Express, Mastercard): I dati saranno richiesti al cliente al momento della conferma d’ordine. Accettiamo anche il pagamento tramite Bonifico.

Informativa ai sensi del D.Lgs. n.185/99 (DIRITTO DI RECESSO)
Gli acquisti effettuati nell’ambito del servizio offerto da Beconcini G. & L. snc sono soggetti alla normativa prevista dal D.L. 22 maggio 1999 n. 185: il consumatore puo’ pertanto esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 10 (dieci) giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto. ATTENZIONE: per tutti i prodotti la confezione deve essere restituita perfettamente integra e sigillata. Se la busta contenente il prodotto è stata aperta non sarà possibile restituirla.

Modalità di esercizio del diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso si applica alle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale. Sono perciò esclusi dal diritto di recesso gli acquisti effettuati da rivenditori e da aziende. Il consumatore che intenda esercitare il diritto di recesso deve inviare entro 10 (dieci) giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto una raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, contenente: la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi dei benefici concessi dalla legge, l’indicazione del prodotto relativo, il numero progressivo dell’ordine rilasciato al momento dell’acquisto/ordinazione e i dati relativi al proprio conto corrente bancario (istituto bancario, agenzia di riferimento, numero di c.c., ABI, CAB, etc.) al seguente indirizzo:

In alternativa il consumatore puo’ inviare entro 10 (dieci) giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto un telegramma o un fax, indicando gli stessi elementi della raccomandata di cui sopra. In entrambi i casi la comunicazione deve essere confermata entro 48 ore dall’invio del telegramma o del fax mediante raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento inviata all’indirizzo sopra riportato. Per ottenere il rimborso del corrispettivo, entro lo stesso termine di 10 (dieci) giorni dalla data di ricezione della merce, il consumatore dovrà inoltre rispedire al mittente a mezzo posta il prodotto relativamente al quale intende esercitare il diritto di recesso. Il prodotto dovrà essere corredato della fattura accompagnatoria delle merci allegata al prodotto al momento della consegna.

Rimborso del corrispettivo
Entro 30 (trenta) giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione nella quale il consumatore esprime la volontà di esercitare il diritto di recesso, Beconcini G. & L. snc provvederà al rimborso mediante bonifico bancario. Il suddetto rimborso si riferisce esclusivamente al prezzo del prodotto, così come evidenziato nella nota d’ordine e nel documento di consegna: in ogni caso le spese accessorie di spedizione e consegna a domicilio del prodotto non saranno oggetto di rimborso e, pertanto, rimarranno a carico del consumatore. Condizione necessaria per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso è comunque la sostanziale integrità del prodotto e della confezione.
